Water Efficiency Assessments
As part of your development plans, will you be constructing a new driveway, parking lot, road or crossing point over the verge. We can provide vehicle tracking services and design of access roads and vehicle cross-overs (VXOs) to meet the required council guidelines and specifications.

If you plan to build new waste water drainage as part of a dwelling or business and your site is located over 'reactive' soils (class H, E or P site classification), you are required under the Drainage Act to undertake an Articulation Design (certified by an RPEQ). This is to ensure that the below ground pipe joints can accomodate the expected soil movement.
